Responsabilities :
- Analysing and mapping customers’ business needs.
- Offering support for determining and writing the functional specifications.
- Performing software configurations of M3 ERP and testing of the solution.
- Acting as an advisor to clients regarding best practices and how to design and configure their Infor M3 solution in order to make their processes and way of working more efficient.
- Providing training to clients’ key and end users.
- Independently running client meetings, workshops, presentations, and creating documentation.
- You hold a master’s degree in Business, Economics or equivalent experience.
- You have a first experience in an ERP (SAP, Oracle, Infor M3 …) consultancy company or a big 4. An experience in another industry in roles that involved business analysis, functional analysis, process management and financial controlling is also appreciated.
- You are familiar with working in an international environment. French and English are required. Another language is a plus.
- You have a good understanding of business processes within a multinational company.
- You are familiar with financial processes including accounting, taxation and product costing;
- You have the willingness to travel: depending on the project.
- You prove the ability to work independently and as a part of a project team with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- You show organizational skills that reflect your ability to perform daily tasks with high attention to details and deadline-driven approach. In addition, you are creative, flexible and proactive.
